Fueled by her passion to improve the lives of her patients, Tracy made the decision to return to school and pursue her dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner.

Tracy earned her Master’s degrees from Texas Woman’s University and graduated Cum Laude. She has always had a passion for helping others and has dedicated her career to improving the health and wellness of her patients. After completing her education, Tracy started Argyle Health Services in 2016, offering primary care in the home for aging seniors who are home-bound. As a Nurse Practitioner at Argyle Health Services, Tracy brings her wealth of experience and knowledge to provide compassionate, high-quality care to her patients.

From the Burn ICU to Botox, Mary Anne Culwell, Jr. brings over three decades of heartfelt, hands-on experience to every face she touches. A Master Injector and the proud founder of We PUSH 4 Excellence, PLLC, Mary Anne blends clinical precision with artistry – delivering natural, elevated results rooted in both science and soul.

Her journey began at age 10 as a candy striper, follow by a stint in Boy Scouts of America Emergency Medical Explorer programs, and then on to life-saving work as a Licensed Paramedic for Air Medical System in East Texas – all before becoming a nurse. Her early nursing career led her through some of the most intense clinical settings imaginable: the Burn ICU and Emergency Department at Parkland Hospital, the NICU, and years of infusion therapy in both home and outpatient care.

In 2018, Mary Anne took a leap towards her creative side and entered the world of aesthetic medicine, where she quickly became known for her gentle touch, deep anatomical knowledge, and a unique ability to make patients feel truly seen, understood and beautiful – without ever looking “overdone.”

Outside the treatment room, Mary Anne is always up for an adventure – whether it’s a spontaneous road trip, adding a new stamp to her passport, or learning how to juggle (work in progress – no patients were harmed in the practice). She’s also a dog mom to two wildly lovable doodles, Fonzie and Frankie, who fully believe they run the show.

Liz Hicks is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician at Argyle Med Spa, where she is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin. She specializes in personalized aesthetic and laser treatments, with a focus on creating real, noticeable results, that clients can feel great about.

Liz graduated from Ogle Beauty School in 2021 and completed her laser certification at the National Laser Institute in 2024. She loves seeing the moment when clients start to fall in love with their skincare routines – and with the skin they’re in.

Before starting her journey in aesthetics, Liz taught high school color guard and completed nationally in DCI and WGI. That background helped shape her creativity, attention to detail, and ability to connect with others – skills she now brings into every treatment.

Outside the treatment room, Liz enjoys knitting, crocheting, traveling, and spending time with her Shiba Inu, Akira.
