Tracy Cook, NP-C
Owner
Tracy Cook is a highly experienced Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. As the Owner and Proprietor of Argyle Med Spa and Wellness Center and Argyle Health Services, Tracy is committed to providing the highest quality of care to her patients. Tracy Cook is a dedicated healthcare professional who recognized a significant gap in patient care while working as a home health nurse. Fueled by her passion to improve the lives of her patients, Tracy made the decision to return to school and pursue her dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
Transitioning out of the military, Alecia honed her skills as a labor and delivery nurse, focusing on low-intervention births. She furthered her education at Frontier Nursing University, graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing in March 2021. Alecia’s passion for women’s health led her to provide care at Woman’s Way Medical for two years, offering primary care, prenatal, postpartum, and lactation services to Rockland County, NY.
Alecia believes in personalized care, meeting each individual where they are on their wellness journey. She values shared decision-making with her patients and strives to empower them as experts in their health. Alecia is particularly interested in mental health and plans to pursue a post-graduate specialization in this field.
Originally from Garland, Texas, Alecia now lives in Argyle with her husband, three sons, and their dog. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her children’s events, hiking, baking, and reading.
Mary Anne Culwell, Jr, RN
Master Level Nurse Injector, Laser Technician, IV Therapy Nurse
Mary Anne Culwell, Jr. RN, is a Registered Nurse with 23+ years. Her vast nursing experience was obtained in pre-hospital emergency care, in-hospital emergency department, neonatal and adult intensive care units, ambulatory infusion therapy, home health care and most recently as a Cosmetic Injector at a Argyle Med Spa and Wellness Center.
Throughout her amazing career, she has provided direct patient care, developed IV therapy certification programs for nurses and paramedics, managed and developed personnel in pre-hospital, in-patient, outpatient and in-home settings. She attended the National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas where she trained in advanced BOTOX® and dermal fillers, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Body & Veins & PDO Threads as well as many lasers. Since then, she has been practicing as a Cosmetic Injector in the Dallas/Fort Worth/Denton area. Her specialty is connecting with each patient to understand and specifically target their aesthetic health goals, educate them on treatment options and provide optimal outcomes.
Hannah West
Senior Laser Technician.
Hannah West is a skilled and experienced Laser Technician who has joined Argyle Med Spa with a passionfor helping her clients achieve their beauty goals. With over 5 years of experience in the medical and beauty industry, Hannah has built a reputation for excellence in her field. Hannah’s journey began as a Laser Technician, where she quickly developed her skills and knowledge in various laser treatments, including hair removal, skin tightening, fractional laser skin resurfacing, IPL, and laser vein removal. Her passion for continued education and professional development led her to become a Senior Laser Tech, where she honed her skills further and became certified in Skin Pen and Hydrafacial.
As a Laser Technician, Hannah is committed to educating her clients about the benefits and advantages of laser treatments. She understands that each client’s needs and goals are unique, and she takes the time to understand their specific concerns and provide tailored treatment options that best suit their needs.
With her advanced knowledge and expertise, Hannah is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to her clients at Argyle Med Spa. She is passionate about helping her clients feel confident and beautiful, and she strives to provide the highest level of care and attention to every client who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and staying active through exercise and outdoor activities.
Lindsey Anderson
Medical Aesthetician
Lindsey is a driven individual with a passion for all things related to skincare and wellness. As a licensed Medical Aesthetician, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in skin care treatments, providing her clients with high-quality services that cater to their unique needs. Aside from her work, Lindsey is currently in the process of starting nursing school, which she hopes will further enhance her expertise in the medical field. Her love for science and continuous education drives her to expand her knowledge, keeping herself up to date with the latest advancements in her industry. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys practicing yoga and spending time outdoors, whether it be hiking, camping, or simply soaking up some sun. She firmly believes in the importance of whole-body wellness, and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients feel their best. Through her work, Lindsey strives for progress rather than perfection, focusing on continuous growth and improvement. Sarahi Morrison
Medical Aesthetician & Licensed Laser Technician
Sarahi is an ambitious and dedicated professional who embarked on a unique journey towards a fulfilling career in esthetics. After a year of serving in the army, she unfortunately encountered an injury that necessitated a new path. Undeterred by this setback, Sarahi made the conscious choice to pursue her passion for making others feel beautiful. In 2020, Sarahi began her schooling in esthetics, eager to expand her skill set, she took her aspirations to the next level by obtaining a laser license, ready to offer her clients advanced treatments and services. Beyond her thriving professional life, Sarahi finds tremendous joy in her personal relationships. She finds herself happily married to her high school sweetheart, whom she tied the knot with at the tender age of 18. Together, they embrace the joyful chaos of life and share their love with their beloved furbaby, Scout. Outside of her esthetics career, she indulges in exploring new recipes in the kitchen, sweating it out during invigorating workouts, and delving into educational books that further her understanding of the ever-evolving esthetics field. Sarahi consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional experiences for her clients.
Chelsea is a driven and compassionate nutrition expert who gets excited about helping people reach their health goals. Chelsea completed her studies in kinesiology at North Texas University, where she also pursued her athletic career. While there, she became interested in the power of nutrition and how it impacts overall health. Driven to learn more about the subject, Chelsea enrolled in Cornell’s Plant-Based Nutrition program. Chelsea’s passion for food and nutrition extends beyond her education and professional career. She loves to cook and teach others how to prepare tasty and healthy meals that improve their overall health.
Chelsea has been managing Argyle Med Spa & Wellness Center since 2018 and has been working hard to create a family-friendly environment for both staff and clients to enjoy. Her dedication to creating a welcoming space is driven by her belief that everyone should have access to the knowledge and tools to live a healthy and fulfilling life. In her free time, Chelsea can be found kicking back with a good book or taking in the great outdoors. With a heart full of drive and passion for helping others, Chelsea Cook is committed to making a positive impact in the world.

Melissa Hutchings is an accomplished Marketing Director with diverse experience spanning over 13 years in Medical Marketing. Armed with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the medical industry, Melissa has worked in several capacities, including Marketing Director for Skilled Nursing and Business Director for Home Health & Rehab. Her extensive knowledge of most medical insurances makes her a sought-after expert in her field.
