Policies

Booking Appointments: To book an appointment, please call 940.400.0083 or request an appointment online.

Payment Information: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash, and Argyle Med Spa Gift Cards.

Tipping of Aethiciain and Laser Technician: Industry standard for tipping is 10%-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion and optional.

Punctuality: We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you time to prepare for your service and fill out paperwork if necessary. Please call if you are running behind schedule.

Late Arrival for Appointment: When you book an appointment with us at Argyle Med Spa, your appointment is scheduled with a provider, whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary/therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text message because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks or months in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply. Please be advised cancellations CAN NOT be made through the reminder text messaging system, you will need to call 940.400.0083 to Cancel Appointments. If you are 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we offer you two options:

  • You may shorten your treatment, or
  • You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time ($50 Late/Rescheduling Fee).

Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required when booking appointments. It is company policy for all guests to give a 24 hour notification of cancellation. No-show, no-call appointments will be charged $50 Fee. All no-show consultations and medical services will be charged $50.

The cancellation policy allows Argyle Med Spa & Wellness Center the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our Argyle Med Spa team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

Minimum Age: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or a pre-authorized signature must be sent.

Refund PolicySkincare products are nonrefundable or exchangeable. Prepaid Spa packages/treatments & deposits are exchangeable, but not refundable.

Gift Cards: Gift cards for any treatment, package, or spa products may be purchased at the front desk or online.  All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not have an expiration date.
